Clinical Study On Treatment Of Juvenile Myopia By Shipining Tablet

Objective : To study on the clinical curative effect treated by Shipining tablet and explore its mechanism. Based on years of clinical experiences, my tutor summarized the pathogenesis of juvenile myopia is that deficiency of kidney, liver-Blood and spleen-Qi. Guiding by these principles, she manufactured a prepared Chinese medicine-Shipining tablet. According to clinical observation, we want to evaluate its curative action and explore its mechanism. Methods: We divide 61 patients of juvenile myopia into two groups at random-Shipining group(31 patients, 60 eyes) and Zengguangpian group (30 patients, 60 eyes). In the two groups, the clinical symptoms, physical signs (vision and diopter) before and after treatment are observed respectively. Results: From the results of clinical research, we can see that Shipining tablet can improve clinical symptoms and physical signs effectively. The total efficiency is 83. 33% which is better than the control group (66.67%) significantly. Conclusion: Shipining tablet can improve the patients' vision, lower the diopter, alleviate or eliminate clinical symptoms.
