The domestic hospital, which lives in clover, are facing severe market competition stressed by both Chinese Hygienic System Reform and entrance of WTO In the 21 century,. To cater to the new situation and cope with the menace and challenges in the existence and development, it is urgent to build up a new management model in domestic hospital. The dissertation is researching on a trans-management of how to put the theories of both business strategic management and marketing selling to the management of the hospital, a special social organization, in such a total fresh medical market circumstance. Firstly, the dissertation analyzes the social function of the hospital and the particularity of the medical market, then establishes methodological models such as Competitive environmental analysis of the medical service trades, Market strategy of the target of the hospital and Analysis of the chain of value of hospital, which are based on professor Michael Porter's competitive theory, Modern marketing selling ideas and chin of value respectively, Finally, takes Guangzhou HuaNang Hospital as a practical instance, setting forth the concrete application of the above-mentioned models in the course of drawing up the medical strategic management. The significance of the dissertation lies in providing management reference and experience for domestic hospital facing increasing intense market competition.
