Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cyclomastopathy With Xiaohezhitong Yin According To Different Period

Invasion of cyclomastopathy closely relates to liver,kidney, stomach,CHONG and REN meridians.The main pathogenesis of this disease is obstruction of breast collateral caused by phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood,resulting from emotional incoordination which leads to stagnation of QI due to depression of liver,then blood stasis and phlegm coagulation due to stagnation of QI appears,That is,liver depression is the root of this disease.My advisor thereupon formulated a prescription 揦iaohezhitong Yin?(XHZHTY), based on the principle of dispersing stagnant tiver-QI for regulating the circulation of QI, to treat patients with cyclomastopathy.To explore the curative effect of XHZHTY used to treat cyclomastopathy,this article took Rukang Tablet (RKT) as control group and analysis 70 cases.Method:Employ the method of determifling treatment according to different period (before mentstruation and after menstruation) to give patients of treatment group XHZHTY. During before menstruation herbs,having the function of dispersing stagnant liver-QI for regulating the circulation of QI,were heavily used.While,herbs of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis were applied as subsidiary ones. But during after menstruation, herbs which could warm YANG and tonify kidney or recuperate CHONG and REN meridians were selected to assist monarch drugs.Patients of control group were given RKT.Three months was a course.Clinical symptom and high frequency radiogram of breast were detected before and after treatment.Result:Symptoms,such as pain,lump,etc. improved obviously both in treatment group and control group.But statistical analysis demonstrated that treatment group was evidently superior to control group in symptom and radiogram improvement(P<0.05,P<0.0 1 ).This result pointed out3XHZHTY had reliability of curative effect and few of side effects. Therefore,it is necessary to explore and study this pharmaceutics.
