Pharmacoeconomic Study Of 2 Kinds Of Pharmacotherapy For Cyclomastopathy,in A First-class Tertiary Hospital In Xinjiang

Objective:To carry about the economic evaluation of two kinds of drugs for cyclomastopathy and provide the reference for the rational use of drugs.Methods:1)A retrieval strategy was established.A combination of computer retrieval and manual retrieval was used to collect the literature of randomized controlled trials which was used to compare the combination of XuefuZhuyu preparation and other treatments(experimental group)with other drugs combined with other treatments or follow-up.Based on the quality evaluation and literature extraction,Rev Man 5.3 statistical software was used to analyze the effectiveness of XuefuZhuyu preparation in the treatment of cyclomastopathy.2)240 patients with cyclomastopathy from outpatients of a First-class Tertiary Hospital in Xinjiang were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid,treatment group was treated with Rutongning Syrup,and continuous treatment of 3 courses.The breast pain,lumps,hardness mass distribution,tumor size were compared before and after treatment,the effective rate and cure rate were calculated,adverse reactions were recorded,the safety and effectiveness of two kinds of treatment for cyclomastopathy was evaluated.3)The Pharmacoeconomic of the 2 treatments was compared with the decision tree model and the cost effect analysis method.Results:1)A total of 8 RCTs with 1035 cyclomastopathy patients were enrolled.Meta-analysis results showed that the effective rate of XuefuZhuyu preparation was superior to control group,[OR=5.24,CI(3.55,7.72),Z=8.35(P<0.01)],recovery rate(7RCTs)[OR=3.01,CI(2.10,4.30),Z=6.04(P<0.01)].2)After the treatment,all index of the control group and the treatment group reduced obviously(P<0.05).After 3 courses treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in breast pain and total score(P<0.05).A total of 10 cases of minor adverse reactions were found,and no serious adverse reactions were observed.3)According to the results of pharmacoeconomic study,there is an advantage in Rutongning Syrup.Compared with Rutongning Syrup,an increase of one effectiveness unit using Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid requires an additional cost of ?99.17.Sensitivity analysis shows the robustness of the results.Conclusion:1)Compared with the control group,XuefuZhuyu preparation combined with other treatment methods is effective in the treatment of cyclomastopathy.2)In the treatment of cyclomastopathy,Rutongning Syrup has a clear clinical benefit compared with the Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid.3)Compared with Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid,Rutongning Syrup has an economic advantage.
