Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With Yiqi Jianpi Method

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen on hyperplasia of mammary glandsMaterial and method:Selected during the period from March 2015 to February 2017 in the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of breast clinic diagnosed patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland.According to TCM dialectical type,randomly selected 120 cases of spleen and stomach syndrome,divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were taken as the basis of white Atractylodes powder decoction,control group treated with addiction node four capsules three times a day(Shaanxi Bailu pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd).Results:The clinical curative effect of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in 120 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency of the observation,the total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,control group total effective rate was 58.34%;at the time of treatment,the treatment group the average duration of 73.77 + 9.52 in the control group,the average duration of 82.17 + 8.65,the treatment group than the control group in the treatment;the total score and the improvement of the pain and improve the texture of the tumor,the treatment group was better than the control group;the tumor size,there was no difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Clinical observation shows that Shenlingbaizhu powder treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency of breast hyperplasia cure rate is better than the control group;cure time is better than the control group.2.Shenlingbaizhu powder treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome of breast hyperplasia before and after treatment to improve the total score,pain symptoms,mass hardness,accompanied by symptoms than the control group.3.Shenlingbaizhu powder treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome of breast hyperplasia effective.
