It is very important for exploring and applying resources of saline-alkalisoil to study characteristics of salt-resistance, mechanism salt-resistance of grape and cultivate the better salt-resistance of grape. The resources of rootstock of grape are abundant in our country. The choice of better salt-resistance rootstocks of grape is a key to improve salt-resistance cultivation of grape.In order to study the mechanism of salt-resistance physiology and biochemistry of Beta, LN33, 520A, LDP-191, LDP-294, 101-14 and SO4 we determined the date, number and composition of exudates and relative electrical conductivity, content of proline, content of soluable sugar, POD activities, photosynthesis and content of chlorophyll of their leaves.The research indicated:1.For the physiological characters of exudates of different rootstocks, volumn of exudates, content of proline and soluable sugar of 520A, LDP-191 and LDP-294 were higher and their relative electrical conductivity was lower than the else.In a word, three rootstocks were better salt-resitance grapes.2.The diurnal variation of photosynthesis of leaves of LDP-191 and LDP-294 was a single peak, but the else was a double peak and they were the midday-depression type.The content of proline of leaves of rootstocks took on the ascending trend with the time.The content of soluable sugar took on the declining-ascending trend.The POD activities took on the ascending trend.The relative electrical conductivity took on the declining trend. According to a few of salt–resistance indexs, the salt–resistance of the 520A, LDP-191 and LDP-294 were better.3.Seen from the fruit economic characters and qualities, 4 grapes grafted onto 520A were higher than ownrooteds in production.After grafted Italy Reisling and Pinot Noir, their soluble sugar and organic acid content were no difference than ownrooted, but for Merlot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, organic acid content was improved. Through analyzing salt–resistance indexs of several physiology and bio-chemical, their salt–resistance improved after grafted onto roostocks of 520A.
