Applicability Evaluation Of Different Grape Rootstock-scion Combinations Under Protected Cultivation

The experimental materials were ‘Summer Black’ grape grafted on 11 kinds of rootstocks and ‘87-1’grape grafted on 9 kinds of rootstocks.Comparing the effect of different rootstocks have on the environment adaptation,perinatal regulation characteristic,new shoots laboring-saving characteristics,yield characteristics,quality characteristics of ‘Summer Black’ and ‘87-1’ to evaluate the suitability of the 20 rootstock-scion combinations for planting in the greenhouse.This paper provided a theoretical basis and reference basis for selecting the best rootstock-scion combinations in the highest new shoot growth index,its inter-node length is short,new shoot growth rate is slow,the germination rate of the secondary shoots is low and management is the most labor-saving.‘87-1’/5C combination has the lowest new shoot labor-saving index,its inter-node length is long,new shoot growth rate is quick,the germination rate of the secondary shoots is high and management is the most laborious.4.Among the 11 rootstock-scion combinations of ‘Summer Black’,the soluble solid content of‘Summer Black’/101-14 M and ‘Summer Black’/kangzhen No.1 combinations are high,their vitamin C content are also high,their acid content are low.The single grain weight of ‘Summer Black’/SO4rootstock-scion combination is the biggest,the hardness of ‘Summer Black’/kangzhen NO.1rootstock-scion combination is the biggest,‘Summer Black’/5BB combination fragility is the biggest.According to the Topsis comprehensive evaluation method,the fruit quality index of ‘Summer Black’/1103 P combination is the highest and the quality is the best,but the fruit quality index of‘Summer Black’/140 Ru combination is the lowest,suggesting its quality is the worst.Among the 9rootstock-scion combination of
