| An experiment was conducted to study the effect of probiotic and Chinese herbal medicine with different chroma on piglets weaned early. 72 weaned piglets aged 28 days were divided randomly into 8 groups: fed control diet (synbiotics 1), control diet+probiotic (synbiotics 2), control diet+ synbiotics 1 (trial groups 1, 2, and 3), control diet+ synbiotics 2 (trial groups 4, 5, 6). The effect of growth performance, AD of feed and microbe in intestines was studied. The results showed:1. The recipe's screening of Chinese herbal medicine: An experiment was conducted to study the effect of different combination and dose. The results shows that second prescription had the best effect on Bacillus lactobacilli by the chroma of 1:20; the forth one has the best effect on bifidus by the chroma of 1︰10, the fifth one has the best restrain on Escherichia coli by the chroma of 1︰10. Finally, the synbiotics was composed by the forth and second prescription according to the principal component analysis of all the prescriptions.2. Growth performance: The best ADG and F/G is gotten when the addition of probiotic. Chinese herbal medicines are 0.5% and 0.3% compared with two groups fed by control diet (CK): the advance of ADG is 183.9 (p<0.01), the drop of F/G is 0.24 (p<0.01), which is 626.1g, 1.62.3. AD of nutrient substance: The fifth experiment group is the best and the index of DE, CP, Ca, and P is higher by 14.14%, 5.91%, 9.97% and 11.10% than the first CK. The index of EE and ADF of the third experiment group is higher than the first CK by 12.30% (P<0.05) and 5.33% (P<0.01).4. The microbiological detection in intestines: The synbiotics can balance the micro zoology of intestines. The third group is the best which contained the most lactobacilli and has the significant difference with others. The index of Bacillus bifidus in the second CK and the other groups is significant higher than the first CK (P<0.01); however, the index of Escherichia coli in the first CK is significant higher than other groups (P<0.01); also in which group, there is the highest index of salmonella and no significant difference (P>0.05) with the second CK and also this difference existed between the first trial group and the second CK but significant difference (P<0.01) with all others. |
