associated with diarrhea are becoming more serious.Feeding high-dose zinc oxide(ZnO)can effectively solve the problems of piglet diarrhea,but with in-depth research,long-term feeding of ZnO will have adverse effects on piglet color,meat quality,etc.,and will cause ZnO-dependent diarrhea and land pollution.And other issues.This paper mainly explores the high zinc diet alternatives for weaned piglets and the effects of different zinc sources on intestinal microbes.The trial was conducted in three parts,with 300,128 and 150 weaned piglets selected for three trials.After weaning,the animals were kept for 14 to 21 days,and the growth performance and diarrhea rate of weaned piglets were counted.Detection of blood biochemical indicators,fecal and serum metal ion content and fecal microbiota composition.The following main results were obtained.(1)Compared with the 3000 pmm ZnO group at noon,the average daily gain was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-meat ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05);and the 1600 ppm ZnO group was fed throughout the day.There was no significant difference in average daily gain and feed-to-meat ratio between the 3000 mg ZnO group and the whole day(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the diarrhea scores and the treatment groups(P>0.05).(2)The average daily gain and average daily feed intake of the 1100 ppm porous zinc oxide(P-ZnO)group were significantly higher than those of the control group with 0ppm ZnO and 200 ppm coated zinc oxide(C-ZnO)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the meat-to-meat ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05);compared with the 2250 ppm high-ZnO group,the meat-to-meat ratio was not significantly different(P>0.05).The diarrhea score of 1.100 ppm P-ZnO group was 2.97,which was not significantly different from that of 2250 ppm high ZnO group(P>0.05).Therefore,the addition of 1100 ppm P-ZnO to the diet is the best at reducing the dose of zinc and improving the growth performance of weaned piglets,and can avoid piglet diarrhea to a certain extent.The production cost of basic zinc chloride(TBZC)is up to 56.90 yuan.The production cost of C-ZnO is at least 6 yuan.(3)The content of alanine aminotransferase in 100 ppm C-ZnO group was significantly higher than that in other treatment groups(P<0.05);the content of aspartate aminotransferase was significantly higher than that in 1800 ppm ZnO group and 1800 ppm TBZC group(P<0.05);alkaline phosphatase was significant It was higher than 800 ppm P-ZnO group and 100 ppm zinc sulfate(ZnS)group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol content of 1800 ppm TBZC group was significantly lower than that of 1100 ppm C-ZnO group,and the triglyceride content was significantly lower than 800 ppm P-ZnO group and 1100 ppm C-ZnO group(P<0.05).The IgG content in the TBZC group was significantly higher than that in the other treatment groups(P<0.05);the IL-8 content was not significantly different from that of the 1800 ppm ZnO group(P>0.05).(4)The zinc ion deposition in the ZnS group was the lowest,and the zinc ion deposition in the C-ZnO group and the TBZC group was not significantly different from that in the ZnO group(P>0.05).The serum zinc ion concentration in the C-ZnO group was the highest,which was not significantly different from the TBZC group.The utilization rates of C-ZnO and TBZC in vivo were high(P>0.05).(5)TBZC can significantly increase the diversity of fecal flora.The dominant flora at the level of the gate is the thick-walled fungus and the Bacteroides.At the genus level,the abundance of rumen genus in the P-ZnO group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the abundance of the genus Bacteroides and Helicobacter was significantly increased(P<0.05);the TBZC group of Prevotella The abundance of genus and fecal bacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05).In summary,feeding 3000 ppm zinc oxide in the morning can effectively reduce the amount of zinc additive and help maintain the growth performance of weaned piglets.The addition of basic zinc chloride is beneficial to maintain the growth performance and reduce the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets,effectively reduce the amount of zinc ion additive;improve the serum biochemical indicators and immune function of piglets,improve the humoral immunity of weaned piglets,and protect the health of piglets;The bioavailability is higher,and the effect on reducing fecal metal ions is better;the diversity of fecal flora and the abundance of beneficial bacteria are increased,and the abundance of harmful bacteria is reduced. | | Keywords/Search
