This subject aims to study how compound Chinese herbal medicine additive effects on weaned piglets.The following experiment adopts the method called single-factor complete randomization.The experiment chooses 100 Landrace piglets× Yorkshire piglets,which were weaned at 28 days with the average weights of 7kg.According to the method of single-factor complete randomization,100 piglets were divided into 4 groups randomly,and 5 times of repetition of each group,5 piglets of each time.The piglets of the first group were fed basal ration,while the rest of three groups were separately added Chinese herbal medicine additive with different concentration:0.05%,0.10%,0.15%.The while test period were last 28 days.After weaning 7 days,14 days and 28 days,the experimenter test their production performance and serum biochemical index.1.Balhe wan improving formulations with the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can significantly improve feed intake and daily gain of the weaned piglets(P<0.05),and significantly decrease the FCR(=Feed Conversion Ratio)and the diarrhoea rate(P<0.05).2.Balhe wan improving formulations with the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can significantly improve serum albumin,TP(=Total Protein),serum urea nitrogen(P<0.05)of the weaned piglets,and significantly improve the activity of serum protein synthase AKP,GOT and GPT(P<0.05).3.Balhe wan improving formulations with the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can significantly improve the content of the hydrogen-oxidizing enzyme in serum(P<0.05),and can significantly improve the serum total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).4.Balhe wan improving formulations with the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can significantly decrease the activity of serum creatine kinase of the weaned piglets,but has no significant effect on the content of the serum glucose(P>0.05).Overall in the experiment,the results show that Balhe wan improving formulations with the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can improve the production performance of the weaned piglets,accelerate the protein synthesis,enhance the antioxidant capacity and immune competence,decrease the stress of the weaned piglets.The optimum additive proportion is 0.05%. |
