In order to develop a safe, high-effective and green-type synbiotics to apply in preventing Early Weaned Stress Syndrome of Piglets, Lactobacillus salivarius and Bifidobacterium bifidum, which can both inhibit piglet pathogenic Escherichia coli, were used as probiotics. While, foxtail-like sophara seed’s dregs was used as prebiotics. We can make to the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed’s Dregs-Bifidobacteriumbifidum-Lactobacillus Salivarius Synbiotics. This experiment studied the effect of the Synbiotics. on Humoral immune、Intestinal mucosal immunity and Intestinal flora of Early Weaned Piglets.60weaning piglets at21days which had similar weight were randomly chosen and divided into four groups, every group practiced three repetition and every repetition test five piglets. The control group fed basal diet. While test groups were respectively added0.5%,1.0%and2.0%of Symbiotic in the basal diet. The test cycle was four weeks. In28,35,42,49days of age, each group were randomly selected from three piglets blood and dress to kill, determination of the indexes in blood, intestinal mucosal immunity and intestinal flora. The result shows that:Compared with control group,the blood cell count and protein content increased to some in extent for early weaned,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05),the number of platelets in42days of age when addin0.5%,1.0%,2.0%biostime group was significantly higher than of control group (P<0.01);Bool electrolyte Ca2+、Mg2+|K+、Na+、Cl-and pH were no significant difference (P>0.05);Serum TPO,GLB,ALBpropagated in the physiological and biochemical indexes,42days of age was0.5%,1.0%the effect of biostime group significantly(P<0.05),ALT,CHO had no significant effect(P>0.05);IgQIgM and IgA content,adding0.5%.1.0%effect of biostime group significantily (P<0.01);IL-6,IFN-y had no difference(P>0.05);Content of SIgA in duodenum extremely significant difference(P<0.01);In the colon,caecum,lactobacterium quantity increased significantly(P<0.05),the number of ecoli decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)n the experiment feeding way,from the blood index determination results as a whoile, The Foxtail-like Sophara Seed’s Dregs-Bifidobacteriumbifidum-Lactobacillus Salivarius Synbiotics can promote early weaned piglets growth metabolism and improve their immunity;(2)The Foxtail-like Sophara Seed’s Dregs-Bifidobacteriumbifidum-Lactobacillus Salivarius Synbiotics can effectively raise the content of the early weaned piglets intestinal mucosa SIgA, improve piglet early weaning cause intestinal stress reaction,enhance the intestinal mucosal immune ability;(3)The Foxtail-like Sophara Seed’s Dregs-Bifidobacteriumbifidum-Lactobacillus Salivarius Synbiotics can increase the number of piglets intestinal probiotics,reduce the number of number of e.coli,to improve the intestinal microenvironment play a positive role;(4)Throughout the whole test,adding0.5%and1.0%of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed’s Dregs-Bifidobacteriumbifidum-Lactobacillus Salivarius Synbiotics dose effect is better,so it suitabale for application in production practice.
