Clinical Observation Of MIPPO Combined With LCP In The Treatment Of Proximal Tibial Fractures

Objective:To analyze compared to traditional open reductionand internal fixation(ORIF) with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation technique(MIPPO) by observing the treatment of proximal tibial fractures,percutaneous summaryof the advantages and disadvantages of minimally invasive fixation and clinical application experience. Provide experience for clinical treatment.Methods: From March 2013 to June 2014 period, orthopedic hospital in Shenyang proximal tibial fractures treated and admittedthis topic surgical treatment of42 patients studied as a research object. According to the admission randomly divided into A and B groups,of which 21 cases in the A group,using a traditional Open Reduction and Plate Fixation(ORIF) for treatment B group of 21 patients,the use of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis(MIPPO).After giving anti-inflammatory swelling treatment and functional exercise guidance.Statistical observation surgery incisionlength, blood loss, operative time,healing time,full weightbearing knee function recovery and other indicator.With SPSS17.0 statistical software for data for statistical analysis.Results:The two groups incision length, operative time, blood loss,healing time, start loading time comparison P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant,indicating tha MIPPO technology incision length,operative time,blood loss,fracture healing time, better than ORIF load on completely load time;the two groups in postoperative knee function recovery compare P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating MIPPO technology with ORIF two treatments in postoperative knee function recovery nosignificant difference.Conclusion: MIPPO technology and ORIF in the treatment of proximal tibial fractures has obvious advantages compared with smallincision,less bleeding,shorter operative time,shorter healing time advantage. For clinical treatmentprovides a good reference.
