Employee demission is a common problem that every organization faces. There’s no doubtthat a relative stable staff team is vital for the normal operation of each organization. At present,both of the enterprises and authority institutions, etc., expect to maintain a good human resourceadvantage and grasp the tendency of talent flow, and thus help the organization gain moreadvantages and better development. Currently in most of the developed countries, science andtechnology in the development of economy accounted for more than80%, indicates that eachorganization not only need a large number of excellent talents with high levels of knowledge, butalso need a high stability of the talent.The medical industry is a knowledge-intensive industry, the competition between hospitals islargely to talented person’s competition. Combined with practical work needs, therefore, wefocus on talent loss and maintenance methods and make the corresponding research andexploration. This article mainly use the Price-Mueller model as a tool and use the actual situationof a third-level hospital in Shandong province as a case, to analyze the factors as organizationstructure, personnel flow conditions, salary level and so on. The problem of the hospital inhuman resources management is discussed in this paper. The author analyzes the reasons ofemployee demission in three aspects, social and economy reasons, organization reasons andindividual reasons. Finally this article looks for specific solutions to improve the organization’shuman resource management level and a better development in the future.
