Clinical Research Of Internal Rectal Prolapse Type Constipation Belongs To Spleen-type Gas Trap Treated With Xiaozhiling Injection And Increase Buzhongyiqi Decoction

Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of Internal Rectal Prolapse Type Constipation(IRPTC) belongs to Spleen-type gas trap Treated with Increase Buzhongyiqi Decoction and Xiaozhiling Injection.Method:A total of 60 patients IRPTC were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group(Increase Buzhongyiqi Decoction and Xiaozhiling Injection)30 patients,control group(Xiaozhiling Injection)30 patients.Each group received 2 medical courses treatment(1 week is a medical course), Observed symptoms and signs of change(defecation difficulties,endless sense of defecation,defecation frequency,defecation time,sense of swelling,rectal examination) to before treatment and 2th week after treatment,12th week after withdrawal, Comparison of therapeutic effect.Results:1.Compared with the observed group and control group in the curative effects and syndromes:By the look of overall curative effects,among 30 cases in the contral group,it was 90% to be always efective.The significantly efective rate was 30%.The efective rate was 60%.The inefective rate was 10%;among 30 cases in the observed group,it was 96.7% o be always efective. The significantly efective rate was 63.4%.The efective rate was 33.3%.The inefective rate was 3.3%.Dealt with statistic between two groups(P<0.05).2.The observation index of clinical symptom of the two groups had significant diference before treatment and after treatment, Dealt with statistic between two groups(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the observed group was better in the curative effects of defecation difficulties, defecation time and sense of swelling, Dealt with statistic between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between observed group and control group in the curative effects of endless sense of defecation,defecation frequency and rectal examination, Dealt with statistic between two groups(P>0.05). 3.12th week after withdrawal, Fllow-up visit the 60 patients,observed group was prior to the control group in decreasing the recurrence rate, Dealt with statistic between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The observed group and the control group both have definite effect for the treatment of Internal Rectal Prolapse Type Constipation.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Xiaozhiling Injection is superior to control group and degrade the recurrence rate.2. Compared with the iaozhiling Injection, Xiaozhiling Injection and Increase Buzhongyiqi Decoction was better in the curative effects of defecation difficulties, defecation time and sense of swelling.
