Clinical Study Of Xiaozhiling Combined With Buzhong Yiqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Rectal Grade ?

Objective: through comparative analysis of two different treatment methods,to find a more suitable treatment method for rectal grade I prolapse,and to affirm the role of traditional Chinese medicine in anorectal surgery,so as to promote the further understanding of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: patients with grade I rectal prolapse and TCM dialectical depression were included according to relevant standards.Patients were randomly assigned to a treatment group or a control group.In the treatment group,injection combined with buzhong yiqi decoction was used to treat grade I rectal prolapse,while in the control group,shortening was used to treat grade I rectal prolapse.The inpatients were observed before and after treatment and the relevant test data were recorded.The patients were followed up 3 months after treatment,and relevant records were made.The overall efficacy,recurrence rate and subjective indicators(length of mucous membrane resorption,defecation time before and after treatment,anus heave,mucous secretion,qi deficiency symptoms,etc.)of the two groups were observed.Results: 1.The cure rate and improvement rate of the treatment group were 45% and 100%.The cure rate of the control group was 70% and the improvement rate was 100%.According to spss22.0 analysis,the cure rate of the two groups was <0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The improvement rate of the two groups was P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.The recurrence rate was 25% in the treatment group and 10% in the control group(p<0.05),while the recurrence rate in the control group was lower than that in the treatment group.3.After 7 days of treatment,the length of mucous membrane resorcinal was 1.25±0.13 cm,and after 30 days of treatment,the length of mucous membrane resorcinal was 2.15±0.52 cm.In the control group,the length of mucosa ileosine was 1.72±0.22 cm after 7 days of treatment,and 3.21±0.49 cm after 30 days of treatment.4.The comparison of defecation time,anal bulge,mucous secretion and qi-deficiency symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups was made respectively.It was found that,except for qi-deficiency symptoms,qi-deficiency symptoms in the treatment group were compared before and after treatment(p<0.05),and qi-deficiency symptoms were effectively treated in the treatment group.There was no significant difference in the qi-deficiency syndrome before and after treatment in the control group(p>0.05),indicating that the qi-deficiency syndrome in the control group was ineffective.The comparison of qi-deficiency symptoms between the two groups after treatment p<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference in the improvement of qi-deficiency symptoms between the two groups.The scores of the control group were better than that of the treatment group.Conclusion: 1.The effect of injection plus buzhong yiqi decoction in the treatment of rectal prolapse of degree I is worse than that of shortening surgery in the treatment of rectal prolapse of degree I.The results of this study were not as expected,and shortening surgery for rectal grade I prolapse was more simple,convenient and effective.2,the simple treatment of the partial rectum,than to put hope in conditioning the overall effect is rapid,so not superstition theory,need more clinical observation,not blind superstition of traditional Chinese medicine,everything to the facts.
