Purpose:Observed acupuncture in the treatment of swallowing disorders causedby cerebral apoplexy on clinical efficacy and safety.Material and method:Selected of Liaoning university of traditional Chinesemedicine affiliated hospital of Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine andrehabilitation center brain K1family ward in January2013-December2013hospitalized patients with a total of48cases, all in accordance with allrelevant swallowing disorder after stroke, western medicine diagnosis standard,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=24). Thetreatment group USES the foundation treatment with acupuncture therapy, thecontrol group USES the foundation treatment, both in the treatment of4weeksin a row, observe two groups of clinical curative effect and complications andWaTian water test ratings before and after the treatment, only cane magnitude7classification comparison.Results:Two groups of clinical curative effect comparison: treatment grouptotal effective rate was83.33%, control group was70.83%, P <0.05wasstatistically significant; In the two groups before and after treatment WaTiandrinking water test ratings and rattan only level7classification is improved,P <0.05was statistically significant, the treatment group was better thancontrol group; The two groups before and after treatment were not adversereactions and complications, security are better.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of swallowing disorders after stroke hasbetter clinical curative effect, and high safety.
