Purpose:(1)Observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the points of the spleen meridian group combined with rehabilitation training on patients with post-stroke dysphagia(DAS);(2)Compare the curative effect of acupuncture on the points of the spleen meridian group combined with rehabilitation training therapy and rehabilitation training therapy for patients with DAS;explore and provide clinical evidence for the clear "differentiation of menstruation" treatment of DAS.Method:A total of 60 patients meeting the criteria were collected. All observed cases were from the inpatient and outpatient departments of Anhui Acupuncture Hospital from December2019 to September 2020.The random number table method was used to randomly divide the patients into 2 groups: observation group 30 cases,30 cases in the control group. After soliciting opinions from all patients treated in this study, they signed the "Informed Consent".Observation group: acupuncture at the points of the spleen meridian group combined with rehabilitation training. The selected points are as follows: Taibai and Shangqiu.Frequency of treatment: 6 times/week;single course of treatment: 14 days;2consecutive courses of treatment.Control group: Rehabilitation training;course of treatment: same as observation group. Before treatment,14 days of treatment, and 28 days of treatment, the two groups were tested: Watian drinking water test, pulse blood oxygen saturation before and after Watian drinking test,Standard Swallowing Function Rating Scale(SSA)score, nutritional indicators(white)(Protein, prealbumin)blood test values, and compare and analyze the two groups of subjects related scales, indicators and other conditions.Result:(1)Before treatment, there were no significant differences in gender, age, course of disease, and composition of stroke types between the two groups;(2)After treatment, the Watian drinking water test and SSA scores of the two groups of patients improved compared with the previous(all P<0.05),and the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group(all P<0.05);(3)After treatment, the pulse oxygen saturation drop values before and after the Watian drinking test of the two groups were lower than before treatment(all P<0.05),and the range of change in the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(all P<0.05);(4)After treatment, the nutritional indicators of the two groups: albumin and prealbumin values increased(both P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)The total effective rate of swallowing efficacy in the observation group was 96.5%,which was better than 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)It is clinically effective for DAS patients to use acupuncture at the points of the spleen meridian group combined with rehabilitation training therapy or simply use rehabilitation training.Among them, acupuncture at the spleen meridian group points therapy combined with rehabilitation training is more effective than the treatment of patients with only rehabilitation training. Before and after the Tian drinking water test and the Watian drinking water test, the pulse oxygen saturation, the standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA)score and the nutritional indicators(albumin, prealbumin)improved significantly, that is,acupuncture the points of the spleen meridian group for DAS patients Treatment combined with rehabilitation training is better than using rehabilitation training alone;(2)For DAS patients, acupuncture at the points of the spleen meridian group combined with rehabilitation training is better than using rehabilitation training alone, indicating that acupuncture at the points of the spleen meridian group under the guidance of"differentiation" is effective in treating DAS patients."The treatment of DAS has been explored and provided a clinical basis.
