Electro Acupuncture Treatment Of Pseudobulbar Palsy Induced By Speech And Swallowing Disorders Curative Effect Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the effect on pseudobulbar paralysis caused by speech and swallowing outcomes,to optimize clinical treatment scheme.Methods:60cases of pseudobulbar paralysis after apoplexy were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with routine drug therapy and rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture point and based on Lian Quan and Lian Quan (Lian Quan points about the nextl inch) and electro-acupuncture to clip Lian Quan rarefaction wave stimulation,to observed the tongue movement and patients tolerated for the degree,the control group was treated with routine drugs and routine acupuncture treatment,as a treatment for six days,a day of rest for a course of treatment, after four courses of treatment, respectively,were performed on patients with swallowing, speech function of clinical score comparison.Results:1.The clip LianQuan electroacupuncture therapy can obviously improve the pseudobulbar palsy patients with swallowing and speech disorders.2.Treatment group was better than the control group, and swallowing function restore function better than words.Conclusion:Acupuncture and clip of Lian Quan Lian Quan and bilateral clip Lian Quan electroacupuncture stimulation can improve the patients with pseudobulbar palsy clinical index score, and the effect is better than the control group.
