Clinical Study On Electroacu Puncture Combined Swallowing Rehabilitation Training In Treating Swallowing Disorder Due To Stroke

Ojective:To exPlore the efficacy of electroacuPuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training in the treatment of swallowing disorders in stroke,and seek a better treatment for swallowing disorders in clinical stroke.Methods : In this study,120 Patients with stroke dys Phagia with inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into treatment grouP and control grouP by enveloPe method.The Treatment grouP shed 4 cases.The Treatment grouP received electro-acuPuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training,the control grouP with simPle swallowing rehabilitation training,the two grouPs of Patients treated once daily,there were 5 treatments for each course of treatment.Let the Patients rest for two days after each course of treatment,then,continue the second course of treatment,there are four courses in this study.Taking the swallowing function as the main observation index,the quality of life was the secondary index,and the comPrehensive evaluation of electroacuPuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training was used to treat the clinical curative effect of stroke dysPhagia.Results: 1.Observe the swallowing function index According to thewatian drinking water test rating: The treatment grouP after electroacuPuncture combined rehabilitation training,the Patient's watian drinking water test rating was significantly imProved,after statistical analysis,the difference was significant(P <0.05).The difference of the control grouP between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).The two grouPs had significant difference after treatment(P <0.05).At the end of treatment 32 days follow-uP,the differences between the two grouPs were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two grouPs(P<0.05).According to the evaluation criteria of watian drinking water test,after treatment,the effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment grouP and71.67% in the control grouPthe,treatment grouP is better than the congtrol grouP,there was significant difference between the two grouPs(P <0.05).At follow-uP,the effective rate was 94.64% in the treatment grouP and 71.67% in the control grouP.The treatment grouP was better than the control grouP,there were significant differences between the two grouPs(P <0.05).2.Quality of life indicators were observed: according to the score of QOL-BREF,the treatment grouP combined with electroacuPuncture combined rehabilitation training,the Patient's score of QOL-BREF and scores in all areas significantly imProved comPared to before treatment,comParing the difference before and after treatment,with statistical(P<0.01).ComPared with the control,there was no significant difference in the field of environment(P> 0.05).There were significant differences in total score,living area,Psychological area and indePendence(P<0.01).At follow-uP,the scores of Patients' QOL and scores in each field were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).ComPared with the control grouP,there was no significant difference in the fields of environment and indePendence(P> 0.05),and there were significant differences in total score,living area and Psychological area(P <0.01).Conclusion:1.ElectroacuPuncture combined swallowing rehabilitation training methods for the treatment of stroke dysPhagia have a clear effect and can imProve the quality of life of Patients,2.The efficacy of this Program is better than the simPle swallowing rehabilitation training methods and long-term efficacy of affirmative,in order to get a wide range of clinical aPPlications.
