Purpose: Observe curative yifeng, clip CV23point is given priority to withrehabilitation training on the clinical curative effect of swallowing disorder after stroke,including validation yifeng clip CV23point is given priority to with rehabilitationtraining on the swallowing disorder after stroke treatment, including for acupuncture plusrehabilitation training for swallowing disorder after stroke provides objective basis.Methods:60patients included in the standard after stroke patients were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group using the cupping yifeng,CV23hole and other conventional acupuncture point treatment, and with rehabilitationtraining; Control group treated by simple rehabilitation training, a course of4weeks.Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of swallowing function.Results: After statistics analysis, the total effective rate of treatment group is86.67%,control group total effective rate was60%, treatment group effectiveness is higher than thecontrol group. The rank and test analysis, Z=2.629, P=0.009<0.05, comparing the twogroups have significant difference, the treatment group is better than that of control group.Two groups of patients before treatment by the rank and inspection Z=0.777, p=0.437>0.05, no significant difference, thus comparable between the two groups, two groups ofpatients before and after treatment in the group, respectively, by the rank and inspection p=0.000<0.01, with significant difference, according to two kinds of treatment all canimprove the patients’ swallowing function, two groups have curative effect. Two groups ofpatients after treatment by the rank and inspection Z=2.259, p=0.024<0.05, thecurative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Cupping yifeng, clip CV23point mainly cooperate with rehabilitation training for swallowing disorder after stroke treatment, can reduce the degree ofswallowing disorder in patients with, promote the recovery of swallowing function afterstroke, reduce a series of complications caused by swallowing disorder after stroke, canimprove the patient’s quality of life better. Studies have shown that the treatment group isbetter than that of control group.
