Clinical Observation Of PKP Combined With Independent Live Parasite Decoction In The Treatment Of OVCF

Purpose：This study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of PKP combing with the Du HuoJi Sheng decoction in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Method：24cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients were chosenrandomly.They were divided into2groups according to whether received the Chinese herbdecoction therapeutic.Following up the patients in3different periods to evaluate the clinicalefficacy.Results：All the patients’score of2weeks postoperation were:VAS（1.5±0.4）、ODI（0.30±0.08）and Cobb’s angle（10.15°±1.44°）; the score of3months was postoperationwere:VAS（1.9±0.7）、ODI（0.30±0.10）;the last time were:VAS（3.1±0.4）、ODI（0.55±0.16）;the result of every test were significant differences（P＜0.05）.The score ofobservation group3months postoperation were:VAS（1.8±0.6）、ODI（0.28±0.07）;the lasttime were:VAS（3.0±0.5）、ODI（0.54±0.17）;while the score of control group3monthswere: VAS（2.0±0.6）、ODI（0.32±0.04）;the last time were:VAS（3.2±0.3）、ODI（0.56±0.13）.The clinical efficacy of observation group was nicer than the control group in3months postoperation（P＜0.05）;while the long-term efficacy of the two groups trended tobe the same（P＞0.05）.Conclusion：1.The PKP is a safe and efficacious way to relieve the pain brought by osteoporosisvertebral compression fracture,and correct the kyphosis in thoracolumbar spine;2.The therapeutic which Du Huo Ji Sheng decoction was helpful to increase the clinicalefficacy after PKP in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture;...
