Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lumbar and abdominal muscle functional exercise on the treatment of Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture after PKP,and to provide theoretical support for the importance of lumbar and abdominal muscle functional exercise after PKP.Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients who had PKP operation after they were diagnosed as osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture by orthopaedics department of XIAMEN Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018.The 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases each.The control group was treated with lumbar and dorsal muscles functional exercise,while the experimental group was treated with lumbar and abdominal muscles functional exercise.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Collected the data of two groups before and after treatment,including General data,VAS score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)and the times of tumble.Evaluated the VAS score and ODI on 1 day,1 month and 3 months after operation,and also the times of tumble in two groups within 3months after operation.and their therapeutic effects were observed.Then the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Result: 1.There were no significant differences in gender,age,body mass index,bone mineral density,Course of the disease,The location of the fracture,VAS score,ODI score and injury factors between the two groups(P > 0.05),so the two groups were comparable.2.The comparison of VAS scores between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after treatment indicated that the lumbar abdominal muscle functional exercise after PKP surgery had more advantages in alleviating pain of patients than the lumbar dorsal muscle functional exercise(P < 0.05).3.The comparison of ODI between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after treatment indicated that compared with lumbago functional exercise,lumbago functional exercise could better improve the daily activity ability of patients after PKP surgery.4.There was no significant difference between lumbar abdominal muscle exercise and lumbar dorsal muscle function exercise on the incidence of falls.5.Clinical efficacy comparison The total effective rate was 93.33% in the experimental group and 80.00% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclution: Lumbar abdominal muscle functional exercise after PKP surgery is superior to lumbar muscle functional exercise in improving pain and quality of life of patients.Compared with lumbar dorsal muscle exercise,lumbar abdominal muscle functional exercise failed to reduce the risk of falling in the short term.
