ObjectivesAccording to study the clinical research of Twist-Needle in the treatment of Frozen Shoulder, it not only widen ideas, but also provided a effective and simple treatment.Methods1. We used the semi-randomization method, The patients included in the list of cases will be grouped. The experimental group included 30 cases, The control group included 30 cases.2. Acupuncture points:a shi point, jian yu point, jian liao point, jian zhen point, jian qian point. The experimental group received conventional acupuncture needle with Twist-Needle while the other group received conventional acupuncture needle. This clinical trial include three weeks, treatment 1 times a day, three times a week.3.The VAS scale, CONSTANT-MURLEY shoulder activity assessed as outcome measure, evaluation was conducted by observing the VAS, ADL, ROM score improved. Result1. After treatment, the score of the VAS, ADL, ROM, MMT in two groups changed than before, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)2. After treatment, the score of the VAS, ADL, ROM, MMT in two groups changed, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The experimental group is better than the control group in the changed of the score.3. After treatment,the difference between two groups in change of MMT was not statistically significant (P>0.05)4. After treatment, the experimental group cured 17 cases, improved in 11 cases,2 cases invalid, The control group cured 9 cases, improved in 17 cases, 4 cases invalid, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)ConelusionTwist-Needle can significantly relieve pains in the patients of Frozen Shoulder. It could effectively improve the range of motion in patients with movement disorder,it could improve the power of the muscle, it was a way of markedly effective and low side effects, it was simple, and it was worthy promoting in clinical.
