Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria With Blood - Heat Syndrome

Objective:Put the "cold blood, resolve plaque, dispel wind and relieve itching" as the principles of treatment, using the "Liang Xue Xiao Feng San "to treat chronic urticaria of "blood-heat type". And observe the clinical evaluation of this method to treating the disease.Method:85cases of patients were randomly divided into trial group (43cases) and control group (42cases), trial group were given "Liang Xue Xiao Feng San" while control group were taken western medicine, observing six weeks for a course of treatment. Observe the effects of two groups at the beginning treatment, then2weeks,4weeks and6weeks. According to the score, judge curative effect.Results:(1) Trial group and control group eventually finished treatment for40cases,2weeks after the two groups’treatment, there are differences between two groups (P <0.05). Two groups total effective were rating77.5%,75.0%after6weeks (P>0.05).(2) Two groups of urticaria attack frequency were improved after treatment (P<0.05), the trial group is better than the control group.(3) Two groups of TCM syndrome scoring were improved after treatment (P<0.01), the trial group is better than the control group.(4)Trial group of adverse events(7.5%) and control group(12.5%) have no significant differences(P>0.05).(5)Trial group recurrence rate15.4%recurrence significantly lower than the control group62.5%, statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:"Cold blood, resolve plaque, dispel wind and relieve itching" method of treating "blood-heat type" chronic urticaria has definite curative effect, and Loratadine compared curative effect has no obvious difference, Chinese traditional medicine can effectively alleviate the wind attack frequency and TCM symptom, and the recent recurrence rates are lower than the latter, providing a good treatment for chronic urticaria of "blood-heat type".
