The Clinical Observation On Efficacy About The Method Of Shu Feng San Han Yi Qi Gu Biao In The Treatment Of Cold Urticaria

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of Shu Feng San Han Yi Qi Gu Biao in the treatment of cold urticaria.Methods we divided 72 cases into two groups at random.All cases in the two groups have no statistical significance differences in age,gender, course of disease and the severity,thus possessing comparability.36 cases in treatment group,treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) decoction; 36 cases in control group,treated with ebastine.the number,scale,outbreak frequency per week,each time duration,itch,appearance of rash,relapse rate and SSRI were used to monitor the disease activity.Results in treatment group,the total effective rate was 88.57%.In control group,the total effective rate was 68.57%.There is significant difference shown between two groups in the rates of effectiveness(P＜0.05); The significant difference about the value of SSIR and the integral of symptoms was shown statistically before and after treatment in all groups (P＜0.05);In reduction of relapse rate,TCM and ebastine have significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM and ebastine are both effective treatments to cold urticaria.At the same time,TCM is superior to ebastine in the clinical efficacy.
