Migraine is one of the most common disease in Department of internal medicine, the incidence rate amid a surge in economic growth and social competition pressure and increased year by year. The International Headache Society (International Headache,Society, HIS)will be divided into two main subtypes:episodic migraine (episodic migraine,EM) and chronic migraine (chronic migraine, CM). Monthly headache less than 15 days of headache called episodic migraine headache, every month more than 15 days for chronic migraine headache. CM is a disabling disease, involving the global population 1.3%-5.1%. Migraine attacks can be associated with a variety of factors, including a variety of physical and chemical factors stimulation, mental factors and changes in the level of metabolism in vivo. Many risk factors cause migraine, with complicated clinical symptoms. Therefore, we should focus on the related research of migraine, and improve the level of TDS, give full play to the prevention of migraine characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Objective:Through the questionnaire survey, the main symptoms of migraine migraine cases in the existing summary and its associated symptoms, and record the general situation, patients with disease duration, distribution characteristics were analyzed by statistical methods in patients with migraine symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and study on the risk factors of migraine in patients.Methods:The patients of migraine was randomly selected from the third affiliated hospital of Beijing Chinese medicine university from 2013 Oct. to 2014 Dec. In the outpatient department of encephalopathy. By means of questionnaire, record the general condition of the patients, including gender, age, medical history, and symptoms, from the general situation and migraine symptoms and TCM syndrome type distribution analysis, statistical analysis using SPSS17.0 software for statistical data processing.Results:165 cases of patients with migraine headache, most patients aged 40-50, university level staff were accounted for the main part. Main for headache pain, be dim and dull pain. With the main symptoms of thirst, dry skin, yellow urine, irritability etc.. Distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes:liver yang hyperactivity type is the most common,followed by kidney yin deficiency type and spleen deficiency, blood stasis type at least.Conclusion:In patients with migraine incidence, prevalence increased, early diagnosis and intervention,strengthen prevention has become an important measure to reduce the prevalence of. The study found that with the increase of age, education and higher mental workers are the risk factors of the disease. Migraine patients with TCM syndrome of hyperactivity of liver Yang,spleen deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type fouris representative, can provide an objective basis for the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine syndrome.
