Migraine belongs to encephalalgia of TCM, the word first appeared in the Shang dynasty on oracle bone inscriptions, medical scientist cognize encephalalgia from different angles, and gradually formed a complete theoretical system of encephalalgia. As medical technology and treatment have deeply developed, the cognition of migraine in the field of medicine has matured. As in 2010 the first time of national epidemiological survey of headache says that, people aged from 18 to 65 with 23.8% percent have primary headache, morbidity rate is near one-fourth, which occupation of migraine is 9.3%. For more concern is that the incidence of migraines is rising every year, range of incidence people are extending.In addition to the environment, family history and other factors, the difference of diet structure, emotions factors, living habits and bad habits also should be considered, and people treat the migraines as a symptom not a disease they don’t have systemic treatment meanwhile the abuse of analgesic, they all effect the treatment effect of migraines. So headache syndromes of TCM is particularly important, the topic analysis syndrome distribution and related facts of headaches (migraine) patients in Yongchang Community, Changchun Jilin province, combined with TCM theory provides methods for effective prevention of migraines, provide reliable basis for modern prevention and treatment of TCM for migraines.1 The research purposeHeadache (migraine), for example, this study through the questionnaire statistics related migraine patients, according to the actual Yongchang community population characteristics and syndrome distribution regularity of the investigation, combined with TCM theory provides methods for effective prevention of migraines, provide reliable basis for modern prevention and treatment of TCM for migraines.2 The research methodTo chose 136 migraine patients of Yongchang community health service center Changchun city of Jilin Province, and at the same time a random sample of 90 cases of healthy people as control group in the form of questionnaire to investigate. Survey data entry into the Excel 2007 tables, using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to descriptive statistics analysis, variance analysis, statistical inference count data by chi-square test, measurement data using rank-sum test and inspection, and draw the TAB, analysis syndromes distribution and the relationship between headache and migraine. And draw a conclusion that headache (migraine) distribution of TCM syndrome and predisposing factors and migraines.3 The results(1) Distribution of syndromes and clinical symptoms①Distribution of syndromes:in 136 patients with migraine headache syndrome, the most rare is the essence of liver Yang syndrome accounted for 30.2% of the total, followed by the one card on the phlegm turbidity accounted for 23.5% of the total, and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood accounted for only 7.4% of the total.②Clinical symptoms:136 patients with migraine in this questionnaire lists the 21 clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine composition ratio from high to low, swelling pain of head-eye is 46.3%, and the top five head murky is 40%,37.6%, vertigo and tinnitus is 37.6% upset impatient is 28.7%, languid is 26.5%.(2) Medical factors analysis① Female account for 58.8% of,136 cases of migraine sufferers, male accounted for 41.2%, female with migraine incidence of a disease is significantly higher than male.②136 cases of patients with migraine professional types of knowledge workers in migraine incidence are much higher than manual workers.③ Change of whether has certain influence to the headache, especially in the spring equinox solar terms for disease④ Headache for migraine patients is unilateral or ambilateral, the second is the back of hea.⑤ Characteristics of migraine patients are array headache, fullness in head, faint headache, and heavy headache.⑥136 migraine patients degree of average pain score was 2.11+/-0.685, shows that the degree of headache is moderately overweight. And migraine pain degree of integration in different sex, different age groups and different duration has no significant difference (P> 0.05).(3)Analysis of predisposing factors①Diet problem:irregular diet, addicted to greasy food, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), can be thought of diet disorders, mind you, fat greasy food is one of the risk factors of migraine disease.②Emotional fluctuation:stress, anxiety is strong in a certain extent, can affect the incidence of migraine, compared with the healthy group with significant difference (P< 0.05).③Living habit disorder:stay up late overworked is also a risk factor for migraine, to a certain extent affect the migraine attacks, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).④Smoking:smoking index on migraine are not statistically significant differences (P> 0.05).⑤Drinking:drinking has a certain effect on migraine, with significant difference (P< 0.05). The more you drink the higher risk of migraine. We can see that drinking too much can cause the onset of migraine.⑥Family History:family history can affect the migraine, statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).⑦Female migraine patients:menstrual factors have a certain influence on the onset of migraines. The difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).4. Conclusion(1) The migraine disease machine mainly with liver-Yang hyperactivity and phlegm-turbidity are the one most closely related, associated with the liver, spleen and kidney organ. Therefore, the "flat of liver Yang and strengthening spleen dampness, nourishing the kidney-yin" are the main principles of TCM for prevention and treatment of migraine.(2) The pathogenesis of migraine to date is inconclusive, but there are many factors that can be considered as most migraine with throttle changes, diet, emotional disorder, personal change, alcohol intake, family history, female menstruation-related.(3) Distribution for migraine syndrome and predisposing factors, patients can be nourishing the liver and kidney, solid nursing the spleen and stomach disease before anti-recuperation of TCM.
