Migraine is an episodic, moderately severe, and pulsatile headache in 'the frontal or bilateral frontal region of the head. Each episode lasts from 4 to 72 hours, with nausea, vomiting, and other aura symptoms.Increase headaches when stimulating or exercising, and relieve at rest.Migraine is a common neurovascular disease and belongs to primary headache. The incidence of migraine is mostly young women, female college students account for the majority of them. This study is aimed at high knowledge female populations, aiming to explore the correlations between the incidence factors and migraine TCM syndrome type and constitution to guide clinical remission and remission.Migraine and improving the quality of daily life are of practical significance.Intention1 To explore the distribution characteristics of female migraine in remission stage in college female students preliminarily;2 To explore the characteristics of physical distribution of migraine preliminarily in college female college students during remission;3 To explore the correlation between syndrome type and constitution of migraine preliminarily in college female college students during remission period.MethodsThe selection of 2017 college students is in line with the diagnostic criteria for migraine without migraine and typical migraine with migraine in the trial version of the International Classification of Headache Diseases,Third Edition(ICHD-?),2013,and in accordance with the Chinese medicine new drug treatment bias.Headache clinical research guidelines "in the migraine syndrome diagnosis. After the unified training of traditional Chinese medicine related personnel, using a questionnaire survey, fill in the questionnaire, survey the general situation of patients,incidence-related information, menstrual history, risk factors, major clinical symptoms and physical fitness questionnaires. The syndrome type and constitution type were obtained by standardized syndrome evaluation and constitution calculation methods. The data collected were analyzed and regression analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software package.Results1 In this study, the youngest is 18 years old,the oldest is 28 years old,and the average age is 24.3 ± 2.479 years.Non parametric rank sum test was used to test age and syndrome type P=0.361>0.05,non reference rank and test age and physical fitness P=0.350>0.05.It shows that there is no difference in the distribution of age among female college students in syndrome type and physical distribution.2 Headache attack time, chi square test headache attack time and TCM syndrome P=0.073>0.05,headache attack time and body constitution P=0.726>0.05.There was no statistical significance in the time of headache onset and TCM syndromes and physical distribution.According to Logistic correlation analysis, the liver yang hyperactivity in TCM syndrome is P at noon time=0.043<0.05,and OR value is 2.88,In female college students, there is a correlation between migraine of liver yang hyperactivity and headache attack time at noon time.3 Through chi square test, the frequent headache season and syndrome type P=0.147>0.05;headache season and physical distribution of P=0.213>0.05;that is,the multiple seasonal headache of migraine is not related to TCM syndrome type and physical distribution.4 There were 97 cases of menstrual law, accounting for 80.8%,irregular 23 cases, accounting for 19.2%,and menstrual regularity P=0.367>0.05;constitution and menstrual regularity P=0.026<0.05.The regularity of menstruation has a certain correlation with the distribution of constitution.5 In sleep habits,16 cases(13.3%)fell asleep before 23 o'clock, and 96 cases(23 cases)fell asleep at 00 o'clock,80%of them. The habit of staying up was 86.7%.The sleep habits and syndrome type P=0.023<0.05,and the physical distribution of P=0.007<0.05;that is,there is a correlation between sleep habits and the syndrome type of headache and the distribution of constitution.6 There were 97 cases of diet bias,80.8%of them,23 cases with normal diet, and 19.2%of them. After the chi square test, the diet bias and migraine syndrome type P=0.006<0.05,and the physical distribution of P=0.022<0.05.It shows that there is a certain correlation between food addiction and TCM syndromes and physical distribution.7 Through the chi square test the correlation between the TCM syndrome type and the physique of the migraine in the remission period of the female college students, because there is a theoretical number of T<1,so the Fisher's test, its P<0.05,shows that there is a correlation between the syndrome types of migraine and the distribution of physique.Among them,qi depression was associated with migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang(P=0.023<0.05).Yin deficiency was associated with migraine with hyperactivity of liver Yang(P=0.02<0.05);phlegm and phlegm headache were correlated(P<0.05);blood stasis and blood stasis were associated with blood stasis(P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion1 Liver yang hyperactivity migraine is related to headache attack at noon time;2 The syndrome type and physical distribution of migraine have correlation with sleep habits and diet bias;migraine syndrome type and physical distribution have no correlation with the age of female college students, headache episodes and headache multiple seasons.3 There is a correlation between TCM syndrome type and constitution of migraine;4 The susceptible physiques of liver-yang hyperactivity migraine are Yin deficiency and qi stagnation;5 The susceptible constitution of phlegm and headache is phlegm and dampness;6 The susceptibility of blood stasis headaches is blood stasis, which provides a new prevention and treatment strategy by improving migraine related constitution to reduce migraine incidence.
