The clinical data were analyzed. Laparoscopic autologous tissue repair operation treatment group operation smoothly, unilateral operation time is obviously more than group A, slightly higher than the B group, after operation in B group with the very next day were given normal diet and appropriate activities,4patients after1days appear lower abdominal stretch feeling,2days later to disappear.2cases with subcutaneous emphysema, to absorb the cure.
