Winter heating is heating residents to measure China's northern region of the important indicators of the quality of life, therefore, to the main heating boiler heating is widely used. However, due to China's current heating boiler control of the relatively low degree of automation, and the overall efficiency of boiler systems is not high, causing a lot of wasted energy and atmospheric pollution. Because the boiler system at variable, non-linear, uncertainties and other factors, makes it difficult to establish their precise mathematical model, which is still used as a mathematical model based on the traditional, such as PID control law, it will be difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect. And now most of the absence of an independent heating boiler feed system and metering system, and to the cost of raw materials output statistics bring a lot of inconvenience.In view of the above reasons, my supervisor professor Liu Jie decides to design the coal-fired heating boiler control system. In recent years, with the fuzzy set theory and the development of computer technology, fuzzy control theory in all walks of life have been widely used, based on fuzzy control of the boiler computer control system has people's attention. To this end, this paper analyzes fuzzy control technology, computer-controlled heating boiler system research and design, and with the electromagnetic vibration laboratory has been completed on the feed coal-fired heating boiler control system optimization, the following major elements:(1) Analysis and research laboratories have equipment electromagnetic vibration feeding system, control mode change fuzzy-PID.(2) The theory of fuzzy control study concluded that the heating boiler demonstrated the feasibility of fuzzy control program and its advantages.(3) On the heating boiler combustion system structure and operation mechanism of the analysis, establish a system of fuzzy control model, respectively boiler combustion system to the coal, air supply, with the wind system design control law(4) Use simulation software in MATLAB7.1 Fuzzy Control Toolbox, compare the result of fuzzy-PID control with conventional PID, use AVR MCU ATMEGA128 design the hardware and software of the boiler control system.
