Design And Implementation Of Gas Heating Boiler Control System Based On PLC

As China and the global environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent, especially the recent haze caused serious deterioration of the climate, China is now in urgent need to address the impact of fuel burning on the atmospheric environment. Gas boiler combustion emissions from the air pollution is very small, the traditional coal-fired boiler is gradually replaced by gas boiler. In this paper, the system design of gas fired hot water boiler for heating system is introduced, and the new improved control method is introduced to realize the intelligent and automatic control of the whole heating system.This design is based on the background of the heating system in Beijing, PLC (Logic Controller Programmable) as the core logic controller, and control the gas heating boiler to complete the water supply heating for residential area. System design is mainly divided into three divisions:the upper system to establish the engineer station to achieve the computer software application control layer through the PLC functions to send and receive operation instructions and logic operations, focus on the design of energy-saving mode, complete system sequence control and voltage regulation control; the next layer system to gas boiler as the center, through the inverter, pump and other executive agencies to complete heating. The design of the traditional PID control theory is improved and the introduction of fuzzy control theory to improve the gas supply system, improve the efficiency of combustion. In this paper, a new type of energy saving and climate compensation is proposed, which is combined with the indoor and outdoor temperature variation.In this paper, the specific implementation process of the gas boiler heating system is given, and the system simulation model is established to test the effect of the scheme. Design of the field equipment for installation and commissioning, energy-saving effect is obvious, the operation is stable and reliable, convenient control, improve the management level of the system.
