This article mainly studies the digital control system for Electromagnetic vibrating feeder.As a modern transport machine,the Electromagnetic vibrating feeders are applied to many fields like metallurgy,coal,electric,chemistry,architecture,light industry and food industry.For the sake of errors in traditional electric adjusting,and make stuff avoid exposing to hyperthermia,dusty,poisonous,noisy environment for too long,this article designs a kind of digital control system which has higher precision,more convenient,and better working environment based on ATPad and three phase rectification control.This article primarily builds mechanical model of Electromagnetic vibrating feeder,researches its dynamic and magnetic parameter,detailed introduces three phase rectification excitation method.Secondly,this design completes local control and long-distance control through VB program,embedded controller ATPad,wireless data transmission module,MCU and dual-port RAM circuit,which is emphasis of this topic.Local control means inputting parameter on the ATPad's interface directly,then pass the parameters to the MCU board,master microcontroller is responsible for receiving,screening and storing parameters;slave microcontroller reads parameters from RAM and produces trigger signal to control the excitation circuit.Dual port RAM is used for data transmission between master and slave MCU.Long-distance control means inputting parameters on the computer interface in the control room hundreds meters away,transmits the data to ATPad through computer and wireless data transmission model,then control the feeder's status through the local control system.The wireless data transmission module is used for wireless,bidirectional,long distance data transmission.ATPad control system contains parameter inputting interface,AD adjusting interface and monitoring interface.VB program also includes parameter inputting and adjusting interface,they correspond to each other and make remote data transmission convenient.The MCU board contains MAX232 circuit,start-up protection circuit.While the feeder's running,some important parameter such as amplitude,coil current,temperature of IGBT,and feeding flow will be displayed on ATPad's interface.The local and long distance control system,can realize the intelligent,remote and digital control of electromagnetic vibration feeder.Finally,combine the trigger signal and three phase rectification excitation circuit,some experiments are carried out,like waveform testing,long-distance data transmission,load control and the feeder's vibration testing,validity and reliability of local and long-distance control theory are proved.The results show that digital control method has a remarkable influence on improving work efficiency,enlarging frequency adjust range and enhancing real-time control,reach the expectant object.
