| With the rise of environment-friendly heating methods such as electricity instead of coal and green energy saving,electromagnetic heating has gradually become the mainstream heating mode in winter in north China.In order to realize the accurate control of the temperature in each heating room and achieve the comfortable and energy-saving heating effect,the electromagnetic heating group control system is studied in this paper.The electromagnetic heating group control system composed by electromagnetic heating buildings within each room for heater of monomer and the corresponding control system,and in the process of current heating control group the following problems: first,because the more room inside the heating group of location factors such as different and has different thermodynamic properties,each room USES the unified control methods will appear the phenomenon of uneven heating;Secondly,the temperature control in the heating room has the characteristics of large lag and large inertia,so it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model,which brings great difficulties to the traditional PID control,and the temperature control effect is unsatisfactory.In order to solve these problems,this paper takes an electromagnetic heating residential building in changchun as an example to study the electromagnetic heating group control system.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,analyze the main factors influencing the heating building indoor temperature,on the basis of the classical heat balance model,combining with the actual room temperature variation curves,RC room heating mathematical model is established,and according to the on-site data simulation verify the accuracy of the model,and then the thermal performance of each room constant,electromagnetic heating construction group model is established.Secondly,aiming at the environmental factors affecting indoor temperature and based on the field operation data,a prediction model of indoor temperature in electromagnetic heating based on APSO-ELM algorithm was established,and the prediction effect of the model was tested to verify the accuracy and practicability of the model.Then,aiming at the problems of electromagnetic heating indoor temperature control,based on the ideas of fuzzy control,the introduction of fuzzy PID controller as a group of the control system of electromagnetic heating controller,the controller can according to indoor temperature changes three gain adaptive adjustment of PID parameters,through the simulation test of the system,proved that the system has good control effect,can well meet the control requirements.Finally,based on the analysis of electromagnetic heating group of distributed control system(DCS),on the basis of the basic structure,control system hardware and software design of electromagnetic heating group,OPC technology was adopted to realize the communication between the software and hardware equipment,through the Visual Studio 2019 software development platform in the c # language environment of electromagnetic heating temperature control group of software development,and has carried on the demonstration to the software operation interface. |
