Combined with the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,Beijing host the winter games,fog governance and to be completed in aspects of the atmospheric pollution treatment,clean energy heating has been further promoted.For the independent houses,hospitals and business places far away from the central heating area,the heating source adopts a new type of environmental friendly boiler-electromagnetic electric boiler.But from the current operating system there are the following problems: energy saving rate is not high;The intelligence degree of control system is not high;High power consumption.Therefore,the energy saving potential of heating system is great,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the research and development and application of intelligent heating control technology of clean energy.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the intelligent control mode of water storage heating system of electromagnetic boiler based on genetic algorithm.First of all,according to the law of heating the building with the use of time temperature control method.At night,off-peak power is used to store heat in the heat storage tank.Meanwhile,the water supply temperature of the heating system is adjusted to the lowest design value to ensure that the heating pipes and equipment are not frozen.During the day,the heating method adopts a feedforward and cascade compound control method based on the variation of indoor temperature,water supply temperature and outdoor temperature,and USES the pre-heating method to heat the building in combination with the working time.Among them,the feedforward control algorithm adopts the mathematical model optimized based on genetic algorithm,controls the opening degree of three-way valve according to the change of outdoor temperature,and finally achieves the control purpose with cascade control.Secondly,according to the control scheme,the design and implementation of the monitoring system of electromagnetic boiler water heat storage heating are carried out.The overall framework of the monitoring system is given.The bottom control adopts PLC s7-200 Smart as the control core to realize the automatic control of indoor temperature.The remote monitoring terminal adopts the remote remote control module,which sends data to the cloud server through the TCP/IP protocol,realizing the remote monitoring function,and designs the remote terminal monitoring interface and touch screen monitoring interface,realizing the man-machine interaction function.Finally,the control scheme in automobile 4 s shop zhangjiakou heating platform commissioning,operation data,according to the building indoor temperature changes can be seen that this control scheme has good control effect,and the heating system for the calculation and analysis of energy saving rate controlled by intelligent control algorithm after the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
