Electromagnetic vibration feeder is widely applied to electronic product, medicine, chemical industry, machinery, transportation and many other industries in modern industry. For the advantages of stable working conditions, simple structure, easy to process and efficient energy-saving so that it occupies an important position in many industries. In this paper, it is mainly used in a new grinding machine system for producing acupuncture needles as a feeding device, due to acupuncture needles with characteristics of thin diameter, light weight, considerable flexibility and hard to process, researching and developing feeding system to suit characteristics of processing of acupuncture needle materials become urgent priority. The feeding system is studied systematically through the theoretical and experimental approaches in this paper based on a large number of references.The composition and working principle of the electromagnetic vibration feeder are introduced systematically in this article, the basic principles of materiel conveyor are analysed, the mathematical model of the materiel movement is established. Moreover, the conditions of the sliding and tossing are given, the slippage by the chute surface and theoretical average speed of tossing are obtained, performance indicators and productivity of the feeding system are put forward derive from above analysis. The relationship between vibratory frequency and natural frequency is given in detail based on the establishment of dynamic model. The relationship curve of tuning value, dynamic magnification factor and damping ratio is obtained using MATLAB, and the working point of the feeding system, power consumption of the exciting force in simple harmonic motion.The correctness and rationality of kinematic and dynamic analysis of the feeding system are proved using ANSYS simulation and experimental verification based on the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the electromagnetic vibration feeding system in this thesis, theoretical basis for designing and improving the reliability of working are provided. Solutions to the frequently problems in practical application of the feeding system are put forward based on the analysis, problems of the new type of grinding machine for producing acupuncture needle are solved effectively.
