According to programming target of long-term railway network approved by Chinese government, a fast passenger transport railway network system, which is aim to achieve 4 vertical and 4 across network, will be built in China by the year of 2020. Chinese railway is step into high-speed period, and which should bring more and more engagement with Electric high-speed locomotive, indeed.Comparing with old technology, there are many constitutionally difference, such as High-speed railway locomotive, line and contact system. Meanwhile, with the raising of train speed, Electromagnetism radiance intensity will change necessarily. This paper, basing on the researching program with the electric high-speed locomotive electromagnetism radiance frequency spectrum characteristic of China Railway Group Limited and China Railway Electrification Bureau Group, is going to study with the character of electric high-speed locomotive electromagnetism radiance frequency spectrum.The theory of electric locomotive electromagnetism radiance will be introduced at first. Then, the analyses with the differences of the interrelated standard outside and inside will be listed. Combing with IEC62236-2《Railway applications-Electromagnetic compatibility-Part 2:Emission of the whole railway system to the outside world》, a testing scheme with electric high-speed locomotive electromagnetism radiance frequency spectrum characteristic is coming out after that. And this paper will carry out the performance of this method in actual condition. At last, a theoretically analyzing and symbolic statistic with the testing data of the performance will give the characteristic curves of the high-speed electric locomotive electromagnetism radiance frequency spectrum (0.01-30MHz). In future program with the defenses of the electromagnetism radiance exposure towards high-speed electrization railway, the frequency spectrum characteristic curve in this paper will be able to use for reference with in the design. On the other hand, the curve is able to be the gist to resolve the problem about electromagnetism compatibility in our actual high-speed railway building as well. Meanwhile, the testing data in the paper also can be used in editing electromagnetism compatibility standard of inter-system and industry standard.
