Based on the actual engineer-design Item-The Development and Investigation on high-speed Bogie of 200km/h AC Electric- Locomotive. All of the Investigation of item is done in this paper.With the speed of this locomotive between the upper limit of the bogie-suspend and the lower limit of the half-body-suspend, so the multi design-projects is inevitable.1.This paper analyze particularly the dynamic environment of high-speed-bogie , set forth the design-fundamental of high-speed-bogie and the notice the proceeding.2. According to the principle and concept based above of all, firstly, design separately the drive-unit of the bogie-suspend and the half-body-suspend, secondly analyze the dynamic performance of the bogie-suspend and the half-body-suspendlocomotive using the multi-body dynamic software--Simpack and Adams, andoptimize the date of the suspend-system. In short, based on the analysis conclusion, find out the difficulty and sticking point of the Development and Investigation on h igh-speed Bogie of 200km/h AC Electric- Locomotive.3.Using the concept of value-engineer, evaluate a couple of projects. As far as the dynamic performance goes , these schemes are feasible ,but considering cycle x cost, technical difficulty and so on, the bogie-suspend project is adopted ultimately.4.Because the disadvantage of the bogie-suspend project is large upsprung mass, this part analyze the dynamic performance of the bogie-suspend locomotiveusing the vehicle-track coupling dynamics software--TTisim, , optimize the dateof the suspend-system and compare with the performance of same type locomotive ,thereby validate that the bogie-suspend project is reasonable and doable.5.In end, put forward that the person working at dynamic study not only joins in the prophase study, but also participates in the validate-experiment in order to perfect the dynamics.
