Research On Self-established Residence In Villages Of Jianghan Plain Since 1978

As the core area of the m iddle reaches of the Yangtze River,the Jianghan Plain area has unique natural cond itions and pr ofound humanities.Since the refor m and opening up in 1978,with the rapid development of society and economy in China,the appearance of villages in Jianghan Plain area has undergone enormous changes during these 40 years.This th esis regards the e volution of self-established residence in villages with the background of collective unconscious as the a continuous revise process of the response to a variety of changing factors such as the natural environment,economy and technology,social culture,fam ily economic patterns,and population structure,and as a typologically technology su mmary of some research areas of selfestablished villages residence built in the Jianghan Plain after 1978,including the site selection,function se tting,spatial layout and constr uction technology.Besides,the evolution process of the self-e stablished residence in villages within the sam e period and different key ef fect caused by one or mu ltiple factors in e ach phase are also involved and discussed.This thesis mainly explains the self-established residential houses in the Jianghan Plain area since 1978 from the following four parts:The first part(Chapter 1)is the ela boration of the rese arch foundation,which includes defining research objects and selecting rese arch samples,expounding the innovation of the thes is,the theoretical basis of the research,a nd choosing the appropriate research methods and framework.The second part(chapter 2)analyzes the formation mechanism of self-built houses in villages and towns in the Jianghan plain area.First,introduce the location conditions,geomorphological features,climatic characteristics,social history,humanistic environment,and economic industrial structure of the Jianghan Plain area.Based on the development of the Jianghan Plain ar ea since 1978,the evolu tion of self-built housing in villages was divided into four stages.And analyze the m ainly affecting factors of the evolution in self-built housing.Finally,choosing one of the village which has been investigated——Wuxigou Village,Dangjiaping Town,Songzi City,analyze it deeply.The third part(chapter 3 to chapter 5)classifies the self-built houses in villages and towns in the Jianghan plain area.Base d on the fi eld survey data,summarize the research object with three points:site distribution,plane type and function setting,and construction techniques.And comb the characteristics and adap tive evolution of different periods.The fourth part is the summ ary and reflection of full paper.Summarize thedeveloping trend of self-built housing in Jianghan Plain's village since 1978.Finally,it reflects on the deficiencies in the study of this paper and the issues that need further study.In the end,review the defi ciencies in this paper and the issu es that need to be studied further.This thesis hopes to dem onstrate the diversity of regional building construction techniques by studying the characteristics of the self-established villages residence in different periods of Jianghan Plain.The diversity of building construction technology can not only provide lessons for future deve lopment of the s elf-established villages residence,but also have im portant inspiration value for today' s human construction activities.
