As the continuous development of national economy and motor industry, more and more passenger cars come into numerous households. The spreading of passenger cars brings great convenient to the lives undoubtedly, but in the same time, the increase of traffic accidents is unavoidable. The development trend of traffic accident in developed countries shows: the quantity of traffic accident increases sharply in initial stage, then becomes flat as the constant perfection of relevant laws and regulations as well as the constant improve of safety consciousness. According to existing statistic data, the quantity of traffic accident in our country has not become flat. The economic loss and death toll caused by traffic accidents in every year has a little increase. Although a traffic accident is a random event, the loss and effect is great. What it brings are not only terrible economic loss, but also heavy suffering to the victim's family, as well as heavy works to related departments. How to analyze traffic accidents scientifically, accurately, quickly and solve serial problems caused by traffic accident has attracted concerns of various circles.The relating factors of vehicle collision in traffic accidents are very complex. The collision taking up time is very short and is 0.1s to 0.2s generally, and energy changes complete transiently. Rotary and second-constant or multiple-constant phenomenon may be associated after collision. It takes only several seconds from motion before collision to the final stopping of vehicle, and the whole process always finished before the party's reaction. As traffic accident technical identification personnel, adaptive analysis method and thinking used to solve complex traffic accidents must be master. From the view of solving practical traffic accident, combined with vehicle collision theory and related collision model, a practical analysis model of traffic accident is proposed. The model is used to analyze the process of traffic accident. In order to explain the actual application effect the model above, several complex cases are analyzed. Because of the difference of traffic accidents, analysis models and thought should not be fixed. But some feathers are similar between these cases. Based on the idea"seeking common ground while reserving differences", analysis is carried according to the generalities of traffic accidents. What the model emphasis is analysis method and idea but not fixed mode.The terrible consequences of traffic accidents have direct relation with accident vehicle. So the faster of the speed, the larger of vehicle's energy, and the more terrible of the influence. The works of analysis and identification is great in actual technical identification. According to the actual demand, a model used in analyzing and calculating speed of accident vehicle speed is proposed. The establish of model is based on the analysis of accident process and energy conversation, the change and transfer of energy in the stages of post-collision, collision and after-collision are cleared. Finally, based on the definition of energy exchange and the time order, energy and energy vibration in each stage is analyzed step by step, relevant speed before and after collision is obtained at last. Certainly, in the process of analyzing speed of accident vehicle with terrible collision and complex motion, the calculation process is very complicated, and difficulties are increased undoubtedly to identification personal. So the substance meaning of traffic accident identification is to determine whether the accident vehicle is over speed. So combined with actual demand and according to the speed identification of vehicle with complex motion, condition limit method and numerical optimization method is proposed to simplify the relation between speed of accident vehicle and ruled speed of road. To illustrate the practical usage of condition limit method and numerical optimization method, several cases are enumerated finally, and energy conversation method is put forward to verify the correctness of speed calculation results to prove the effectiveness of calculation speed.The At the consultation work of analyzing and computing some vehicle cars' speed, the calculating link is essential, but some analytical calculating workload very big, the undoubtedly enlarge mistake rate and error in the process. If the calculation mistake can be discovered before reporting, can also revise in time like this, although is to waste time, unlikely form false conclusion. If the calculation mistake just discovers after the report sends out, the results will be very serious. So it request the authority must be meticulous and patience. But wiser thousand Lyons necessarily will have an lose, mistake is unavoidably, so this text puts forward a method using the Excel to analyze the problem .The main advantage of the Excel is keeping the data in a view, analytic ling conveniently, and error smallest, if have a calculation mistake will be very easily disheveled, the operation is simple and easily start. At the same time, because the function of excel form is so strong, it can be more effective of apply to the method physically medium, this text introduced an applied excel form method to analyze calculatingly and mostly process, finally aim at the request introducing the step of using excel.All of the related models in this dissertation and analysis methods is put forward from the process of physically and the existing theory, To some extent, it is effective in solving the actual problem and road traffic accident. Nevertheless because the complexity of traffic accident and change more sex, there still exist a certain problem on some details, the analysis reach of traffic accident still exist shortage on the deeper layer, so I want the theory with physically will be effectively and perfectly.
