This condition results in that traffic accidents occur frequently, which not only threatens People's lives safety but also results in enormous economy loss. The security and anti-collision are important to the modern auto-mobile design. So it is urgent and necessary to research the traffic accident reconstruction. How to use computer technique to deal with traffic accidents efficiently, fairly, exactly and how to absorb experiences from these traffic accidents have become a research task containing important society meaning.It is difficult to authenticate car velocity after traffic accident. To dig over locate witness is right way. Mechanics is avoiding tool in this field.Firstly, some studies and progresses in this field are reviewed and the models on the vehicle impact accident at home and abroad are introduced and summed up. And the principle of vehicle impact accident reconstruction and the typical simulation methods are analyzed. Secondly, the theory of vehicle and motorcycle impact is researched profoundly and a new traffic accident reconstruction and analysis system is carried out with computer science and the theory of vehicle and motorcycle impact.Establish the vehicle and motorcycle impact models and analysis the different directions of the collision based on vehicle dynamics analysis. Based on this, the paper develops the road traffic accident reconstruction software. The analysis of some actual accident cases shows that the new impact model and software are correct and valid. Accordingly, establishment of this new collision model and software can provide a scientific tool and method for the verdict and analysis of road traffic accident.
