The Use Of Digital Technology In Project Design Of The Modern Chinese And Western Restaurants

Based on the project plan and design of the Chinese-western restaurant, and the digitization of restaurant design sketch, the thesis introduces the methods and procedures of the Chinese-western restaurant project from the plan to the design of blueprint, and mainly studies the application of digitization techniques in Chinese-western restaurant project design.The paper analyses the relationship between the restaurant design techniques and restaurant design, illustrates the thoughts and design procedures of modern Chinese-western restaurant design, specifies the definition and category of digitization techniques, and fully does researches on the seven crucial elements of digitization techniques. While studying the design plan of the restaurant, the paper analyses the project procedures of modern restaurant from theme cultural design, management design, system design, service design and space structure design of the restaurant.According to the specific design sample of restaurant, this thesis analyses and studies digitization techniques such as modeling technique, virtual photograph technique, virtual lighting design, rendering and photo processing, etc. And finally, based on some design ideas and creative draft of the design plan of western restaurant "Henry's Home", the paper analyses the specific application of digitization technique in three dimensional blueprint and puts forward some special techniques and design methods to stress the innovation of digitization technique by using some software such as AUTOCAD,3DMAX, VRAY, and PHOTOSHOP.The paper concludes a series of methods and procedures on how to design modern Chinese-western restaurant through all kinds of digitization software, and offers references for the development of the design technique of the same kind restaurants.
