The Reserch Of Auto Welding Filters' Testing Equipment

While people doing welding works, automatic wielding filters could afford labors' safety and high working effectivity. With wide apply of automatic wielding filters, more strict requirements have been developed. Meanwhile, there has not a serious of standards or requirements on the characteristics, indicators or special testing methods of automatic wielding filters in China. Therefore, the performance of switching time could not be measured in China. So this paper develops a testing equipment to satisfy the advanced standards on automatic welding filters. And also it can give some supports on making Chinese standards or performances on automatic welding filters.The paper gives a quantitative profile method by comparing different definitions on switching time from various standards. It completes the basic testing hardware and software's design by researching luminous part, amplifier part, and signal processing part. The paper affords technical supports for drafting the standards of automatic welding filters. It also makes a useful attempt to implement the testing equipment.
