With the rapid development of highways, especially the new technology, new materials used in construction and improving the quality requirements of the asphalt distributor of sprinkling quality and accuracy are also spending a higher demand. Against this background, a DSP-based controller is designed to respond faster and more accurate control of the asphalt distributor automatic control system to meet the needs of workers.The papers introduces the development and technical situation of the intelligent asphalt distributor of automatic control system, after referring the intelligent asphalt distributor control system and related articles all over the world, ascertains the intelligent asphalt distributor of automatic control system: the asphalt conveying and spray Systems, the heat conducting oil systems, the asphalt distributor systems, the controlling systems. On the hydraulic system design and analysis, the closed part of the hydraulic system of mathematical models for qualitative analysis of the impact of the hydraulic system dynamic response and speed of dynamic stiffness. Accounting to the actual construction situation ,analyses spraying quality controlling arithmetic of the intelligent asphalt distributor in the theory . Summarizes the recommending curves and automation spraying controlling arithmetic of the asphalt distributor in the curves of the recommending gives the concept of spraying parameter for Programming easily; And to correct spraying deviation and raise spraying precision introduces the two correction factors : the volume of asphalt pump efficiency k B and the speed of the correction factor k v.The DSP controller with small size, low cost and easy to design, combined with the asphalt distributor control system functional requirements, completes the control system of selection and the part of the controller hardware and software design.
