Asphalt distributor is a kind of spraying hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, residualoil and other liquid asphalt construction machinery, and it has the ability to transportliquid asphalt. With the development of the highway, new materials, new technologyapplications put forward higher requirements for asphalt distributor performance. Inthis context, the spraying control system is the key part of the maintenancemachinery similar asphalt distributor. Directly affect the intelligent level ofconstruction and maintenance the final quality.This paper studied the asphalt distributor of control theory and control systems.At present, most of the domestic asphalt distributor is based on PLC control systems,cost high, inflexible modular combination control, the manufacturers of the hardwaresystem is also incompatible and programming languages and command system alsodifferent. When the user selects a product of a PLC, you must select itscorresponding control procedures, and learn that the PLC-specific programminglanguage. In response to these drawbacks, according to the control requirements andthe actual construction of the need this paper design a set of embedded system as thecore of the control system, completed the design of embedded control systemscircuit, programming and human-computer interaction. Meanwhile, based on thecontrol system control theory and the research theory of algorithm spread quantities,we proposed to improve the new control method--the neural network model control,compared with the conventional PID through simulation.The design control system is an important part of intelligent asphalt distributor.After the design is complete, through a series of pilot production, we can verificationthe control system. The results show that the control system can meet therequirements and achieve the desired goals.
