Rubber asphalt spraying equipment is the important equipment used for the construction of highways, urban roads, airports and ports. Spraying works in the process of moving cars in which the asphalt is heated into a liquid rubber asphalt and then is evenly sprayed on the base to form the adhesive layer or the road surface. Compared to the similar products in the domestic market, the device overcomes the disadvantages that the three-section folding rubber asphalt spraying rod is heated unevenly, and the width of spraying the asphalt is so single that it cannot satisfy the requirements to the width of the roads of construction site. So the study of telescopic asphalt spraying system has an important theoretical and practical significance. The width of spraying the asphalt is adjusted by controlling hydraulic pressure automatically, achieving stepless adjustment. Asphalt is heated by heating the heating pipe of heat-conducting oil under the spraying rod, because the heat-conducting oil system can conduct heat faster and achieve ideal heat insulation effect. It can provide a favorable reference to further research in related areas.This paper assumes the equipment parameters of laying the asphalt road surface, designs a piece of rubber asphalt spraying equipment specially for the laying of rubber asphalt, and explains its working principle and the application of highway maintenance. Specific measures include: making the finite-element analysis on the assembled model of the key structure components by using static analysis function of Solidworks, designing the hydraulic system, the heat-conducting oil system and the pneumatic control system, designing the test methods. By analysing and improving the similar equipment, design the structure of telescopic asphalt spraying equipment in order to improve the function of equipment in practical application.
