The Study Of Blade Integrated Quality Management System For The Digitalized Factories

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology in manufactory enterprise, manufacturing is changing from material form to information form. New manufacturing concepts and systems such as flexible manufacturing, Agile manufacturing, network-based manufacturing and so on develop continuously and modern manufacturing enterprises are become to be digital, network-based, intelligent, agile, virtual, which are be called digitalized factories. Digitalized factories realize the digitalization of the whole enterprise though the digitalization and integration of design, and manufacturing equipment producing process and management.The blade company lacks the integrated quality control method and technology,which disables the reuse of massive information,experience and data,and prevents the enterprise from enhancing competitive ability. This thesis researches quality control method and technology of product quality and operation efficiency. Through analyzing the survey of the method of quality management,making the need for the integrated quality system and the manufacturing process of the blade, this thesis proposes the necessity and importance of integrated quality system, researches the development of the product quality management method. This thesis produces the integrated quality system model in DF environment, summarizes the quality control method and technology for the blade company, enhances the enterprise's synthesis competitive ability.The main research contents in this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on researching the history and new development of quality management theoretical, the foundation of the design of system application model is put forwarded.(2)Based on the analysis of quality management actuality in manufacturing of enterprise, the problems in existence are present. The quality information and quality management demands of the enterprise are analyzed. System structure model is put forwarded.(3)Applying the integrated quality management system model to actual cases and according to the C/S development model, we develop a set of quality management system which based on the production of the blade by using PowerBuilder 9.0 and SQL2000.The IQS aimed at the blade company is an important part of the digitalized factories of the blade company which realizes quality Information share and integrated management. The flow-model and solution of this system will give reference to other enterprises of the same type.
