As one of the important electrical equipment, the circuit breaker plays important roles including controlling, adjustment and protecting in power system. The reliability and intelligence level of circuit breaker greatly influence the stability and automatic degree of power system. With the continuous expanding of power grid, consumers demand higher power reliability which is indicated by the stability of voltage and frequency, distortion rate of voltage, transient time and so on. Frequent operations of circuit breaker cause a lot of transient process which directly affect power quality in distribution power system. Because of the increasing technology progresses and remarkable advantages, Vacuum circuit breaker is used more and more widely in distribution power system. Based on the analysis and summarizing of research status of synchronous high-voltage circuit breaker at home and abroad, a DSP-based fuzzy control of synchronous control solutions are researched in this paper.Firstly, the permanent magnetic actuator structure and working principle are introduced. Then, dynamic mathematical model, dynamic characteristics of bistable permanent magnetic actuator are sync-depth analyzed during the breaking and closing process of the synchronous high-voltage circuit breakers. The preliminary conclusions of the permanent magnet is obtained through the calculation of dynamic characteristics, such as the relationship of electromagnetic parameters, inductance of permanent magnetic actuator, current and movement time of the dynamic core and the relationship of the moving permanent magnet core body displacement, velocity and time parameters.Secondly, for the non-linear characteristics of bistable permanent magnetic actuator, a fuzzy control technology is introduced in the synchronous high-voltage circuit breaker control system. The fuzzy control system and fuzzy adaptive control method are presented, and a fuzzy control system design method is also studied . Based on the characteristics of fuzzy control, a fuzzy control method of the synchronous high-voltage circuit breaker control system is proposed. A DSP-based hardware system is designed and the software is programmed and debugged in this paper.Finally, experiments of synchronous high-voltage circuit breaker are finished. The experimental results show that the real-time control of the synchronous high-voltage circuit breaker control system is fast and accurate, and provides important data in order to further research for synchronization circuit breakers.
