The permanent magnetic is a new-style actuator used in vacuum circuit breaker and the appearance of permanent magnetic actuator provides hardware basement for enhancing stability of breakers and realizing intelligent control of it. The synchronized-control technology based on it can significantly decrease over-current and over-voltage while breakers closing, greatly enhance open ability of breakers, make electricity quality, which is of great significance.At first, the paper analyse the operating principle of the vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnetic actuator, build the mathematical model of dynamic process for the vacuum circuit breaker, and analyse the static and dynamic characteristics.The synchronous closing movement process of the permanent magnetic is analysed and emulated. In allusion to the impact of pre-strike characteristic, environmental temperature and control voltage on synchronous closing, phase selection technology based FFT algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm are advanced. The feasibility of the fuzzy controller is verified through the simulation.According to the demand of the market that the control unit based on single-chip microprocessor MSP430F149 for intelligent breaker is focused and many functions such as protection, control, measurement are covered.At last, some results and test data from experiments on the vacuum circuit breaker with intellectual control unit are presented. The test results indicate that the functions of the vacuum circuit breaker with bi-stable permanent magnetic actuator are reliable. It can satisfy the applications of the electric power industry instead of imported product.
