As a popular component of middle-voltage breakers, the research of vacuum circuit breaker marks great significance. The appearance of permanent magnetic actuator provides hardware basement for enhancing stability of breakers and realizing intelligent control of it. The synchronized-control technology based on it can significantly decrease overcurrent and overvoltage while breakers closing, greatly enhance open ability of breakers, make electricity quality and system stability better, realize the intelligentization of electricity dispatching terminals, which is of great significance.The paper, according to the research of "intelligent control device of MCU-based permanent magnetic actuator", which is the sub-project of national creative technology project, focuses on the characteristic and synchronized-control theory of permanent magnetic actuator, and offers design direction and theoretic arguments.Starting from the research of work magnetic field, the paper firstly analyses the complex model of permanent magnetic actuator, which comprises mechanism and electromagnetics, and does deep research on static and dynamic characteristics. Through numerical calculation and simulation, this paper generalizes the work rules of permanent actuator, and proposes both the ideal characteristics of machine and parameter optimal design. Moreover, it discusses synchronized-control technology of vacuum circuit breaker, and proposes the control arithmetic: Firstly pre-disposes the sample signals, filtrates white noises, through FIR filter eliminates interfering signals, obtain the exact time while the value of signals pass zero; then, researches the application of BP neutral network in synchronized-control control of permanent actuator. The result of exercises and tests shows that BP neutral network, which adopts L-M study arithmetic, has many virtues such as high accuracy and fast constringency, and can fit control requirements well. Get the calculate formula of acting time, and give the complete solving method adapting to real-time control; Meanwhile proposes a way to calculate the frequency and phase of signal by FFT; Lastly, according to actual requirements,advances the pragmatic frame of synchronized-control system with DSP.
