Since reform and opening up,sustained and rapid development of the construction industry has become one of China's pillar industries.The construction industry having a large contingent of employees is a high-risk industry.Its security has become the focus of safety work.The security supervision and management from the government departments plays a very important role in the process of ensuring the construction projects safety.Government construction project safety supervision departments,as construction of safety supervision and management of the implementation of the specific departments,whose supervision of work safety has its own characteristics,the current established safety supervision and management model is not perfect.In order to ensure the safety in construction's carrying out,the safety supervision and management research of construction is particularly important.In this paper,on the one hand,through the status quo Of the construction of the Shaanxi Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau,we summarized from the monitoring tools,the work flow of security and monitoring,the responsibility of the safety oversight units.On the other hand,at this stage by the local construction safety supervision Bureau,we could from monitoring tools,the process of monitoring stations and the problem of internal management analysis study the advanced management experience from abroad,and put forward the important methods of the management of safety supervision of Shaanxi province.From the above-mentioned studies,we are trying to find out the construction industry methods to adapt to the rapid development of the scientific and safety supervision management,in order to contribute to the improvement of local safety supervision and management. Currently,most of the safety of the construction project management in carrying out is generally low,a long way to go for the supervision of work safety,Yet improving the level of the safety supervision and management of construction and preventing accidents,is the Administration's top priority.Based on this,on the ground of years of my work experience in the Administration of Shaanxi Province,this paper has been written.The aim is to fundamentally solve the problem of the construction industry in our province in the government security and management problems,and effectively improve the construction industry in our province.So in order to improve the government of safety supervision and management level.
